The current slow economy is a form of crisis with low consumer demand, high interest rates and considerable levels of uncertainty. While many businesses are having to endure some tough times, the current period does present an opportunity to look at doing things differently to improve productivity and output.
While some business may not have the capital to invest at the moment, some will, and for those that don’t it costs nothing to investigate and plan for future improvements.
